Vidinės pilnatvės ir laimės paieškos

 

Pats sunkiausias klausimas, kurį iškeliame patys sau, greičiausiai yra: ko mes siekiame ir ieškome savo gyvenime? Ko ieško ir siekia įvairių specialybių žmonės? Ar šioms paieškoms įtakos turi jų profesija? Ko gi siekia gydytojai, psichoterapeutai? Vis daugiau atsiranda straipsnių, knygų, atskleidžiančių ilgą šios profesijos žmonių darbą su savimi, savo lūkesčiais. O vėliau šiais atradimais jų norą dalintis su kitais, sušvelninti kitų kančias ir rūpesčius.

 

Ne veltui sakoma, kad gydant kūno ir pačias subtiliausias – sielos ligas, negalavimus, itin svarbu ne tik profesionalumas, bet ir gydytojo, terapeuto asmeninės savybės: švelnumas, atidumas, paprastumas, mokėjimas suprasti, noras padėti kitam. Kiekvienas pacientas trokšta, kad su juo būtų elgiamasi nuoširdžiai, atvirai ir paprastai. Taip lengviau priimti pagalbą ir ištiestą ranką.

 

Tačiau, siekdami geresnės savijautos, didesnės savivertės, didesnio pasitenkinimo gyvenimu, pirmiausia kiekvienas turime išmokti nagrinėti savo trūkumus, abejones ir kančias. Mums reikia, kad kažkas mus tiesiog išklausytų neteisdamas ir nevertindamas. Apie viską galima kalbėti labai paprastai ir nuoširdžiai. Kartais ramina žinojimas, kad nė vienas iš mūsų nėra tobulas, visi esame netobuli, tačiau galime pasiekti laimės ir pilnatvės būsenas. Kai ką užtenka suvokti, kai ką reikia pakeisti, su kai kuo reikia padirbėti, o su kai kuo užtenka susitaikyti, susigyventi. Svarbiausia – ne slėpti giliai viduje savo nuoskaudas, o tiesiog jas prisijaukinti ir susigyventi su jomis, kad jos neužgožtų dabartinio gyvenimo.

 

Šiais didelio tempo, keliančiais daug reikalavimų laikais mes visi ilgimės tikro rūpesčio kitu žmogumi, paprastumo ir švelnumo. Tiek suaugusieji, tiek vaikai kartais trokštame, kad mus nuramintų apkabinimu ar žodžiu, ramiai ir tvirtai ištiestų ranką ir priimtų mus tokius, kokie esame. Daugeliui iš mūsų gali padėti žinojimas ir patirtis, kad net ir po skaudžiausių išgyvenimų ateina susitaikymas ir nusiraminimas. Paprastai dvasinis palengvėjimas ateina tada, kai pavyksta pasiekti vidinę gerovę ir ramų santykį su supančia aplinka, kai jaučiame harmoniją su vidiniu ir išoriniu pasauliu, gamta. Buvimas gamtoje, susiliejimo su ja akimirkos taip pat stiprina sveikatą, didina vidinę pusiausvyrą. Įsiklausymas į savo vidų – prasminga veikla. Tai verčia tobulėti, žengti į priekį.

 

Vidinė pilnatvė ir harmonija neateina savaime, svarbiausia – nuolat skirti dėmesį savo vidinėms būklėms, jausenoms, darbui su savimi. Mes turime išmokti emociškai ramiai priimti visa tai, ką mums teikia gyvenimas.

Suprasti, kad pasiekta ramybės ar vidinio pasitenkinimo būsena yra kintanti ir kiekvieną dieną ramybę teks kurti iš naujo. Pastovios gerovės pasiekti neįmanoma, tik galima suprasti, kad būtina jos nuolat siekti. Stengtis paimti iš gyvenimo tai, kas leidžia mums būti laimingesniems.

 

Vieną dieną mes suprantame, kad turime tausoti, saugoti save. Svarbiausia – išmokti įsiklausyti į save, norėti gyventi geriau, netgi su savo kančia ar negalia, kai tokia aplanko. Sugebėjimas suvokti, ką iš tiesų jaučiame, sugebėjimas atpažinti, ką jaučia ir kaip jaučiasi kiti – tai ir yra svarbiausi prigimtiniai dalykai. Tai svarbu ne tik būčiai, bendravimui, tai yra įdomu: atpažinti savo jausenas, suprasti, ką jos mums sako, ir jų paisyti. Įsiklausymas į savo vidų – prasminga veikla. Tai verčia tobulėti, žengti į priekį.  Vidinė pažanga sukelia džiugesį ir pasitenkinimo jausmą, skatina dar labiau gilintis į save, į tarpusavio santykius. Labai gera suprasti, kad aš pasikeičiau ir man sekasi geriau nei prieš kelerius metus. Džiugesį kelia nuojauta, kad man pavyks ir toliau keistis, tobulėti.

 

Tai pakylėja ir suteikia būties prasmę.

Siekdami vidinės ramybės ir pilnatvės:

• stenkitės vienu metu visiškai pasinerti į vieną veiklą;

• išmokite džiaugtis paprastomis akimirkomis;

• stenkitės įsiklausyti į savo vidines būsenas, ką jos mums sako, mūsų tarpusavio santykius;

• stenkitės suprasti ir priimti savo vidines būsenas, kokios jos bebūtų, nekovokite su jomis;

• supraskite, kad ramybė ir pilnatvė nėra gaunamos, jos sukuriamos darbo su savimi dėka;

• mokėkite truputį atitolti nuo savo problemų ir pažvelgti į jas iš tolo, iš ateities taško;

• atminkite ir suvokite, kad gyvenimas yra nuolatinė sėkmių ir nesėkmių kaita;

• išmokite pasveikinti ir pagirti save už pasiekimus ieškant laimės ir ramybės.
