Kraujotakos sistemos ligos yra aktuali vyresni\u0173 gyventoj\u0173 problema \u2013 vyresnio am\u017eiaus sergan\u010di\u0173j\u0173 \u0161irdies-kraujagysli\u0173 sistemos ligomis skai\u010dius smarkiai did\u0117ja. 2010 m. 65 m. ir vyresnio am\u017eiaus asmen\u0173, sergan\u010di\u0173 \u0161irdies ir kraujagysli\u0173 ligomis, buvo 2,6 karto daugiau negu 45\u201364 m. asmen\u0173.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: LT; mso-fareast-language: LT\">Vilniaus mieste 2010 m. i\u0161 viso u\u017eregistruoti 134 886 \u0161i\u0173 lig\u0173 atvejai. 1 000 gyventoj\u0173 teko 242,1 atvejo (Lietuvoje \u2013 292,7), 2009 m. \u2013 225,89 atvejo 1 000 gyv. (Lietuvoje \u2013 275,04).<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: LT; mso-fareast-language: LT\">Sostin\u0117je, 2010 m. duomenimis, palyginus su kitomis lig\u0173 grup\u0117mis, daugiausia gyventojai sirgo hipertenzin\u0117mis ligomis, 1 000 gyventoj\u0173 teko 127,7 sergan\u010di\u0173j\u0173 (Lietuvoje \u2013 144,2 sergan\u010di\u0173j\u0173). Sergan\u010di\u0173j\u0173 hipertenzin\u0117mis ligomis Vilniaus m. gyventoj\u0173 skai\u010dius sudar\u0117 71,4 proc. vis\u0173 kraujotakos sistemos ligomis sergan\u010di\u0173j\u0173.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: LT; mso-fareast-language: LT\">Hipertenzin\u0117s ligos da\u017eniausiai nustatomos pagyvenusiems \u017emon\u0117ms. 2010 m. 65 m. ir vyresni\u0173 Vilniaus miesto gyventoj\u0173 am\u017eiaus grup\u0117je sergan\u010di\u0173j\u0173 \u0161ia liga buvo 50,8 proc. Pirmin\u0117s arterin\u0117s hipertenzijos rizikos veiksniai yra <i>nekei\u010diami<\/i> (genetika, am\u017eius ir kt.) ir <i>\u0161alinami <\/i>(koreguojami) \u2013 tai r\u016bkymas, antsvoris, <a href=\"https:\/\/pasveik.lt\/lt\/ligos-ir-sindromai\/nutukimas\/4355\">nutukimas<\/a>, gausus riebaus, s\u016braus maisto, alkoholio vartojimas, pasyvus gyvenimo b\u016bdas, nervin\u0117 \u012ftampa, naktinis darbas.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: LT; mso-fareast-language: LT\">\u2022 <i>Antrin\u0117s hipertenzijos <\/i>prie\u017eastys yra nustatytos.
